I was really excited to get this figure after seeing the film. I don't know what the general reviews were like but I really enjoyed this film and I would probably place it high up on my super hero films list. It surprised me because I never really had any previous interest in the character. Anyway onward and upward, lets have a look at the figure itself!

Recent Purchases
Tis been a while since I uploaded some pictures. I've been buying lots of stuff and taking lots of pictures, but for some reason when it comes to uploading them I just come over all lazy haha. Anyway here's a few pictures of some recent purchases. I'll be taking more pictures of Superman in the coming weeks and will probably do a quick review of him. Enjoy!

Robocop Mcfarlane Toys vs Neca Comparison & Review
Seeing as I'm a huge fan of anything Robocop, and giving the fact I recently got the new Neca Robocop figure, I thought I'd go ahead and do a comparison review of both the Mcfarlane and Neca figures.
(It's probably worth mentioning now that the Mcfarlane figure came out about 4/5 years ago)
To get things started here they are side by side

Hot Toys Whiplash (Iron Man 2) Jumpsuit alteration.
Well I finally got around to changing the colour of Whiplash's jumpsuit. For legal reasons Hot Toys Could not release the figure with the correct orange jump suit as seen in the movie, tsk. So they went with a brown jumpsuit instead (see at the bottom of this post for the example)
Hot Toys Predator (Predator 1)
Seems like only yesterday that I got my Predator figure, but now Hot Toys are releasing an updated version of this figure (all be it thinly veiled as a "Predators" version) thought I'd dust off good old faithful and take some pictures. Sigh I'm such a fool because I'm totally getting the new Classic Predator. Anyway enjoy.

Hot Toys Robocop (Robocop 3 with flightpack version)
If recent news on the net is to be believed, Hot Toys might be revisiting the Robocop license soon.
Now that would rock, 1/6 figure quality has increased ten fold in the last 3-4 years and I would love to see what they do with a 1/6 Robocop now.
Anyway to celebrate the news I thought I'd take some picture of my Robocop.
Ah a bit of nostalgia, this was my very first Hot Toys figure. This is what started it all! I'm so pleased I bought it seeing as it's very rare these days.
Hot Toys Ironman MK VI
Got this recently. It's the Mark VI Ironman suit from the movie Ironman 2 (the suit he wears at the end after revising his ARC reactor design) Damn he's cool. Even better than the MK III (From the first Ironman movie) and I prefer this to the MK IV suit. Enjoy.

Hot Toys T1000 (Terminator 2)
I've had this for a while now but oddly I never got around to photographing him. This is one of my favorite Hot Toys to date. His body has metal panels under the clothing which allows you to stick magnetic bullet holes to him, genius. He comes with 2 full outfits and 2 heads, if your a fellow collector and haven't picked this up yet, I strongly recommend you do. I just wish I had bought the exclusive extra head :(
Btw don't forget to click on the pictures for a proper look at em. They are resized by default to be smaller on the main post.

Some photography.
Started playing around with my new lighting set up the other day and thought I'd put it to full use photographing some of my collection. There's no particular theme really, just took pictures of the figures I felt inclined to photograph. Hope you enjoy them!
(btw theres quite a lot of pictures, don't forget to click the "read more" below the first picture)

Hot Toys Sgt Barnes - Platoon.
Sgt Barnes as played by Tom Berenger in the 1986 Vietnam war film Platoon.
Well What can I say? I love this figure, and I have to admit I'm on a bit of a Nam binge atm, having recently re-watched Platoon and then finally getting around to watching Apocalypse Now (yes for the first time) I do like a bit of Nam n explosions. Hope you enjoy the pics.
